Reminders
Staff,
PTA meeting will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016 starting at 6:00pm. This will be a non-traditional meeting. We will be hosting a PTA membership rally and Board member election night. There will be music and refreshments.
Prizes will be rewarded for the following:
1. Class with the most parents/guardians, etc. to join PTA will earn a pizza party.
2. Class with the most parents/guardians, etc. attending the rally will earn an ice cream party.
3. Parents/guardians etc., that join will be entered in a raffle drawings.
4. Parents/guardians, etc. for attending will be entered in a raffle drawing.
5. Staff members will also have their names entered into a raffle drawing. If 50% of the staff join no later than September 23rd. You can be entered in for a prize drawing from North Carolina PTA.
Mrs. Bowser is asking for your assistance with the PTA meeting in the following areas: all staff members contribute $2.00 to help with purchasing drinks for the meeting (please submit your donation to Ms. Kevia Lynch), volunteers with collecting membership dues (six individuals) and to serve refreshments (2 individuals).
